I love olive skin. if i had that i would paint my nails red or french tip.
first of all, you sound very gorgeous. with your skintone, i think something light, maybe pastel would look nice such as a baby pink. you could also pull off a bright colour if you wanted. coral might look good.

They have a variety of colors you can choose from when you got to the salon. If you want to compliment your skin tone go for deep colors. If you have a favorite color you could have some fun and go with that. I personally love the look of red nails. They are very classic and beautiful. I hope you are satisfied with your choice! you would actually look good in a true red color. Any color you choose should be true colors, don't go with natural colors like brown or copper. You are better with Reds, magentas etc...

You always want to choose warm or neutral colors; eg. blue-red, french manicure, bronze tones. It also depends what kind of clothes and colors you like to wear. Are you conservative or flamboyant? What image would you like to portray?
You dont want black nails, black nails are for blonds. Go for pink, or a french manicure. Purple is a fashion dont. Red is soo nightclub stripper; not for daily wear. Any other color is for hobos!!
You should use soft, light, colors in the summertime, like peach, pale pink, light blue, light orange, and such!

well if you like the black look everyone is doin then that's for you. i think you can pull off any color but if i were to suggest something i would chose a light pink. it's kinda neutral so it would match with almost anything. but just make sure it's not too light
