get white nail polish and use it as a base, and use a nail pen (black) to draw the stripes!
natheir are these nail polishes with thin ends to help u with stuff like this , i think they are called nail polish pens or something like that.

try a nail pen, or have someone else do it
well you can go to a salon and get them done...you could paint fake nails tehn put them on...or you can buy black and white (or w/e colors) in like nail polish pens and they are much easier to handle
Pain your nails either black or white as a base, and then use a toothpick to do the stripes.
