like im not emo guys ok im kinda puck i guess I starten my hair lision to like scream-o and wear band t's. i really want to dye my hair back. i live with my grand parents. and i told them today and they said know bc it represents the devil? witch is whacked i think bc i know they don't! but she doesn't believe me. i was so pissed. then i started thinking and idk why emo kids dye their hair black! i don't wanna be emo. i just want to have black hair. so guys can u tell me why emo kids Wear back and everything is black? so i can convies her!Why do emo kids wear black or dress in back paint nails black esc.?

Tell them that everyone is different, it is not a cult or a symbol or anything associated with the devil, it's a style and taste. Your style does not always have to reflect what you believe. There's a whole history to ';emo'; and why they like black which you can google.
your grandparents just care about you. and i kinda agree with them. cuz emo-ness is on the ';dark'; side. dont get me wrong cuz i have black hair (natural) and love the color black. idk why emo people wear all black. they just do. and if you want to dye ur hair black then do it cuz you want to not cuz you wanna look emo. isnt it weird how even though emo people are so dark, they make it look ';cool';? scene people too. lols :P

Wearing black and being emo don't necessarily go hand in hand. Peopel who are not emo wear black all the time! It's a color, the same as pink, blue, green, or yellow. I'm 'emo' but I wear tons of color! Emo mostly classifies the type of music you listen to, not so much what you wear.

im a punk/ metal head but i wear nail plish and have black hair. sometime people critisize me for it. when i first got a trench my grandma banished me from her house. goths punks metallers mostly have black hair. just do it and the will accept it eventually.
