I was talking to people, and they said if you paint your nails during your period, it stops it.

Definately not. The only thing nail polish can do is remove the natural sheen off of your nails, and the only thing to remove nail polish is acetone.


Neither of which have HORMONE INBALANCING PROPERTIES that can stop you from having a period.
That's got to be some myth. My mama paints her nails every other day but still have the bloodiest used pads and leaves hella blood on the toilet seat. My sister hates cleaning the toilet cause of this!
