you take nail polish and put it on your nails and move the brush until your whole nail is covered in nail polish

Take your bottle pull out the brush wipe on the top of the bottle and run the brush smoothly across your nail.
1. Buy Polish, File, and Clippers





2. File and Clip Your Nails How You Like Them





3. Shake Up the Polish Bottle


[best tech- hit bottle part against bottom of palm]





4. Screw Off Top





5. Scrape (i cant think of a better word) Only One Side of the Paint Brush Against the Top of the Bottle (so the paint can go back into the bottle %26amp; doesn't drip outside of it)





6. Start at the Cuticle and Brush Up With the Side that You Did NOT Scrape onto The Bottle (it has more paint on it)





7. Do About Two to Three Strokes per Nail (so the whole nail is covered)





8. If the First Coat Isn't Think Enough Repeat Steps 4-7

start in the middle of the nail and go from your cuticle to the tip then fill in the edges from cuticle to tip again

i like to keep a strengthening clear base coat to help make my nails strong but other than that I don't like to paint them any colors since I bite my nails.. it always looks sloppy and chipped =pDo you paint your nails?

i m a 15 year old n i always hav my toe nails painted.. in various colours and it depends on my mood... Colours such as blue, pink, red and brown... All are wonderful colours... but i hav heard that painting yr nails, does not allow yr nails to breath and hence damages them..
At least once a week. All colours, but orange makes me feel happy - about 3 coats seems to work well, 2 if in a rush.


But it only lasts for a couple of days because of housework and stuff. :-)

no, you shouldn't be able to. you're definitely too young and trust me, it's not that big of a thing anymore. plus, it looks horrrrrible if you don't have a super strong nail polish remover. :)

Personally, I think they are weird....was married to one, and thank god he did it after I divorced him, and saw it and it repulsed me...are you gay, or bi? Why do you want to paint your toe nails...you must be mighty young, and don't look at how people perceive you when you do this, if you show it off in sandals or something..some like it, but, personally, I think it's a woman's thing, or someone who is bi or gay.

Well, I guess that if a guy was painting his nails clear or with a nutritive nail polish (to make them less brittle) it would be ok. After all, he is just making them look healthier. Any other colors would be kind of Boy George-ish.

I think a nice clearcoat is completely acceptable. I'm not sure about doing an actual color though. Personally, I wouldn't place a color on my toes... but hey.. whatever does it for ya!

There are certain kinds of nail polish that is safe for dogs . . . I paint my dogs nails too !. . . paint her nails white or black!:DWHAT COLOR SHOULD i PAINT MY PUPPY'S NAILS??
If you paint her nails, please make sure that it has been specially made for dogs because nail polish is poisoness. Red looks really cute, how about a cotton candy pink or a baby pink or a baby blue. Dont go too dark, lighter colors will deffinately look much better! LOL!!!!

i don't know if painting is bad or not but why don't you try them nails that are placed over the real nails they were made for dogs that live inside so they don't scratch up your floors,sofa,furniture and they come in an array of colors.
i wouldnt do it at all either

No, I work for Waitrose and they don't allow nail varnish. I can never be bothered to do it and then take it off for work like two days later.


It's a shame, I used to paint them all the time - they were always darkish red.
